When it came time for us to come out here and see the properties, Flo was there for us. She was ready with a packed Itinerary of all the houses we were interested in. We only had a few days to find something. She was so patient with us, going to many houses, often more than once. She gave us excellent advice and was never critical of our opinions. I arrived in Pueblo from Fairbanks, Alaska. About nine months before moving here I went to the Pueblo Chamber of Commerce web site and found the names of several realtors. Of those that I contacted, via e-mail, I was most impressed with the friendliness of Flo Mendez-Beatty.
Over the next nine months I would look at houses on the internet and then ask Flo what she though of those that interested me. She was always ready to give me advice and an opinion. I really appreciated her patience
After I arrived in Pueblo she was very helpful in showing me around town and telling me about the area. After nine months of e-mails Flo had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and my price range. Even so, she had to show me about thirty homes before I found one I liked. Again, I was impressed with her patience and her knowledge of the homes in this area. When I told her, "I want to buy this house.", she had the experience and expertise to tell me to wait until we came back the next day to take another look, with a more critical eye, before I made up my mind.
Flo helped me through the process of buying the house and was there to give me good advice and comfort. I couldn't have been in better hands. Over a year after moving in to the house I bought I still think I got a good deal and am happy with my purchase. In my opinion, Flo is the best.

Nov. 09 2009 was our final closing on the property handled by Flo Mendez & her assistant. Mere words coultn' come close in expressing what these two ladies did for us. It seems like we ran into one obsacle after another. It was ten months of pure misery. Several times we were on the verge of "forgetting" Colorado property. I've dealt with people all my life, especially in my occupations. Keller Williams should consider themselves fortunate to have Flo and her assistant on their side. If it wasn't for them, our business with "KW" would have ceased long ago. These two ladies went far beuond any obligation to their employer and on their "own time", pulled us through. We would recommend "KW" and Flo to anyone. If there were more people like Flo the "real estate" business would have a sgnificantly more favorable name in reputaion and profitablity. Flo was Great!
